P2 outing

the last p2 orchid outing ever;

thankyou to all who made time for this patrol outing, for us year 4s it will be the last...
and now that it has become the last for everyone, we hope that yall will treasure the little moments left with P2 Orchid before we all split patrols.

P2 Orchid will always be a part of us and we'll carry it on even in Senior High and out of DHS (:

anyway, just a simple wave, or a smile to the orchidites you see around school will definitely go a long way :)

also... we may be the last batch of p2 orchidites, but
ALWAYS BE PROUD TO BE AN ORCHIDITE!

yall must rmb the 吃力 principle we told yall abt and let the long horizontal gadget poles rest on the short horizontal gadget poles! (means down-to-up + up-to-down sq lash)

Hey p2,
Hope you guys enjoyed the activities even though it was a very short patrol corner :) Yall have to know each other better! It would be meaningless if you can work together in guides and know nothing about each other outside of guides. Treasure your patrolmates. Patrol Outing

venue: meet at whitesands for lunch at macs before going to Pasir Ris Park
mode of transport: by foot or by bus depending on majority's choice
date: 22nd june 2009
activities:

fun at the beach (then wash up)
cycle
go playground

note: if there is remaining time(and money-.-) we may catch a movie over at downtown east.

things to bring: enough cash (up to own discretion as to how much you wanna bring)
an extra set of clothes and toiletries
bottle, sunblock, shades, and any other beachy things(totally optional)
medication if you are unwell
phone (so that we can call and harass you if youre late)

hope you guys can make it.

any other comments or suggestions/feedbacks are welcomed.

THIS IS AN IMPORTANT POST.

-remember to pass me your signed consent forms on wed 21st jan 09, before flagraising, at the flagpole.come and tell me personally if you have forgotten to bring it.

ORCHIDITES, LISTEN UP YEAH?
you have an assignment from p2!
hahaa just follow these simple steps k?

folding scarf

1. lay your scarf flat on the ironing board, the back of the emblem facing up.
2. place 3 fingers above the back of emblem.
3.fold the top of the scarf down to 3 fingers above the emblem.
4.iron the scarf so that there is a distinct line where you had folded(if you dont understand what i mean, just iron your whole scarf, especially the outlines of your scarf)
5.turn the scarf over(still folded).
6.fold the folded part into half, down towards the emblem again(the emblem's facing up now).again, 3 fingers distance away from emblem too.
7. flip the scarf over and fold once more, repeating how you fold previously.
8.place safety pins on the scarf to pin the folds down.
(To check if your scarf is folded in a straight line, fold your scarf into half and see if both sides match perfectly then you'll know your fold line is straight.)

ASK if you do not understand how to fold BEFORE WEDNESDAY 28th jan 2009.

BRING THE FOLDED SCARF TO ME ON WEDNESDAY 28THJAN09 MORNING.
7.30am meet at the obs course(behind spars area/near bball court/behind canteen)

We had our patrol outing on 23rd Dec 2008 at Mind Cafe. :D
Played games and laughed alot.

UglyDolls, Taboo, abit of Disney monopoly, food, gifts exchange, and more.

Rachel is fast at snatching cards haha.

Adeline will have a good sleep with Teo Ee's red pillow haha.
